Ridiculously Slow 4G
I just received my SIM for 40GB Unlimited Calls/Texts. I am only using a Motorola G84 but, with my previous Vodafone SIM I was getting average 35mbs. The best I can get with this Smarty SIM installed is 10MB download and, that even seems fast compared to the performance.
Any advice would be appreciated.

It's probably of little consolation but you're not alone with this type of 4G issue.
Kristia_2874993 It may well be that the signal is not strong where you are.Did you do a coverage check and network status check before joining Smarty?
If the speed isn't sufficient for you, you may unfortunately need to go back to Vodafone.

Nah, I am IG8, should have decent 5g, nevermind the 4g. I may just be in a pocket that EE/Smarty misses: (
