No support

I don’t know what else to say but this company doesn’t offer any real support for its customer. I’ve wasted so much time today trying to add an already activated sim, I have just gone round and round in circles. It’s a shambles. 

So why was Three networks down

PAC code not activated

Poor 4g signal in WR8

My phone keeps reverting to 3g in WR8 area. If this continues, I'll be moving my number to a new SIM.
