Can't use Balance to buy add on

Hi there, I just topped up my account via paypoint and it is showing in my balance but how do I know use that to buy an add on? I click the add on and the only ways to pay are card, PayPal and Gpay.. no option for balance

DMS not working

I joined Smarty 4 weeks ago and ported my number, since then I can not send SMS to certain random numbers; I have reported it but this has not been sorted. Had it happened to anyone elseService I got is extremely poor as well.
