Can a SMARTY sim card be re-activated if rejoining SMARTY?
Hey, so I left SMARTY for EE but now since regret that decision because the prices are too high and want to revert any changes. Its got the hardware for the functions, just not enabled. That's bizarre to me. Honestly imagine spending £800+ on a top end Android device, get home and then find out its not officially supported on SMARTY. Hi So this device has the capabilites as I have tested this with an EE sim, and VoLTE comes up but on SMARTY it doesn't? The list doesn't even display its compatible, but shows the 4G version is? What's that about? I paid a bit for a device for it to be nothing but useless after 2024's 3G shutdown. It also doesn't support WiFi Calling whilst the 4G version does... The way auto renewals work is payment should be accepted automatically. However, if for any reason there's a payment failure (not enough funds for e.g). You will yes have a app saying service is paused but you won't be cut off until 12 hours after payment failure. This is a grace period so you've got time to make the payment. Hi Michael. Card payments are taken anytime up to 3am in my experience, once a card payment has been approved your service will continue as it should. You'll be cut off for a brief time, which is normal. This was through my experience. NOTE: I am a SMARTY customer, not an employee.21KViews1like12Comments
