Speed up my connection.

Hi. I get between 50 and 100 Mbs. Sometimes it stops completely, like when streaming, other times it shows low quality video. I've got a 5G phone, but the network doesn't seem ready yet.Is there anything I can do to improve matters?Regards

Transferred number not receiving calls

I had a SMS at 1800 to say number transfer successful took a while for my old SIM to go offline. I can now call from my Smarty SIM on the new number. But I can't receive anything there call just terminates.
