Hi how can I tell if the sim has been activated ?
it’s for a mobile wifi
I can’t get an internet connection but can see the device on my networks ?

Hi @DonnaRy_2097566 I'd recommend logging into your SMARTY account as there you will be able to see whether the plan is active or not. If you haven't done this before then chances are it isn't as you will need to proactively activate the SIM via your online account before you can begin using it!
