I an currently on holiday in Vietnam having traveled from the UK. I purchased an out of plan add on which worked up in Hanoi, it ran out so I purchased another one and having traveled down to de nang I can not get a mobile signal.Any help please.

Resolved! No service

I cannot believe it I paid my bill in full 3 days ago and yet this morning Christmas day I am unable to use my phone , my service has been cut off , this will cost Smarty a customer. Will now find a more reliable provider .
