Auto renew

Good morning,  my smart plan has renewed automatically with one of my bank cards however it does not show the card on my portal. I would like this card to be removed so that it does not auto renew from this one.

Resolved! Want to use my old email

Smarty wont let me use my old email that I used to have with them before years ago. I want to use my old original email so how do I get them to delete that old email so that I can use it on a new set up with Smarty?Thanks

Can’t receive calls and no help on webchat

I got a sim for myself and my husband. We changed both of our number over from EE. When we did we could make calls but not receive them. Ive tried to contact webchat but i just get ‘we will look into it’ this is now going on 5 days.
