Main Phone Number
We have 2 numbers on our account. When we ported numbers over there was some confusion and our main number did not port over. Smarty managed to get the number back, but then it was not the main number on our account. I have gone through the Parental Controls a couple of times now and given my credit card which as had the £1 taken. I also received an email saying they were turned off. But still I cannot get to a website which appears to be blocked when using the data. It works fine with Wi-Fi so as to be blocked by Smarty. How do I get this working without having to go through the same process every time and get no where.450Views0likes1Comment
