I have gone through the Parental Controls a couple of times now and given my credit card which as had the £1 taken.  I also received an email saying they were turned off.  But still I cannot get to a website which appears to be blocked when using the data.  It works fine with Wi-Fi so as to be blocked by Smarty.  How do I get this working without having to go through the same process every time and get no where.
