Using my phone in Canada

I go to Canada on Monday 20th March.Can I use my phone there or do I need to do Anything.I have already got a £15 Add OnCan I use WhatsApp in Canada.

Hi, joined Smarty and finding it difficult to set up the apn for using my phone abroad, tried doing the suggested Xperia version but it won't accept, any ideas?

Text failure

I’ve received hospital appt texts and other automated messages but the reply texts fail. Have I got to reset anything? Other texts seem to work ok.

Is anyone else having issues

I've just transferred over to Smarty with a new SIM, I've transferred my old number over to keep using it. The problem is I can't receive text or calls but I can make them. I can't get through to anyone on the chat. Help!!

Resolved! iMessage sending as text message not iMessage

Hi I installed my sim today and everything seems to be working ok but when i try to iMessage it is sending the messages as texts (coming up as green speech bubble rather than blue). I have checked my settings and iMessage is switched on. I’m not sure...

Hi ive just join smarty the sim deal I signed up to was 30GB (special offer with doubled data to 60GB) unlimited calls and texts. I’ve logged onto my account and it only showing 30GB of data and my usage. We’re is the 60GB that I should have?

Internet download speed

My indoor download speed is farcical. Under 1 Mbps. I'm connected to 5G or at times 4G+. Upload is temperamental but satisfactory. I use Galaxy S22 Ultra.
