Calls to landlines don't work
Myself and my partner can make calls to various mobile numbers but when we call landlines we get either silence (the number is a hospital and works from other phones) or for other landlines a message saying this service is not included in your package.
All numbers tried start 01483 xxxxxx
We have tried restarting our phones to no avail. Data is working fine.

In addition to what MSF has commented, are you by any chance trying to ring the Hospital in Guildford or elsewhere in Surrey, from outside both the UK and also the EU ?
If so, you would need to dial the international number +44 1483 xxxxxx but also buy an add on to enable you to ring back to the UK
