I've bought a Nokia 105 for my son (am Smarty user already with iPhone). The Sim is in Slot 1 (shows that it is working), Slot 2 is showing 'no Sim' (which there isn't, so that should be ok); the Sim is activated - but the phone won't take or make calls or messages.
Why is there no SMARTY helpline or live chat? Its pretty poor service. Should I just leave?

@SusanKe_1927070 At a guess, it's probably not compatible with Smarty 4G VoLTE protocol. https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/8985136-checking-if-your-device-is-4g-volte-compatible
There is no helpline because this would result in higher charges. You can web chat with Smarty Support who will respond, albeit not in live time.
Should you just leave? It's up to you to decide what you want and need plus how much you are prepared to pay for it.
