No data connection when i turn of my wifi wifi

Lousy reception

Hi, I've been with Smarty a while now but have to say general mobile reception has been very poor.  Supposed to be excellent in my area but I'm lucky to see 1 bar.  Others seem to be able to see Three network but I cannot.Any ideas?

3 network in N E Lincs

I'm in Grimsby and the 3 network has a problem. I can't access any more info as to when it will be resolved. Help I cannot make calls from my home for 7 days and will leave Smarty v.soon
