Adding a new sim

Is there a way to add a new sim to an existing smarty account? Every time I try to add by creating a group it says to activate first but to activate needs an email address and you cant use the one already linked to the smarty account!

Voicemail PIN Reset

Tp link not working

Do I have to do anything other than activate the SIM to use it.  Apparently it is activated. But I have put it in a tp link router and nothing happening. I have put my o2 SIM in the router and all working.
