Usage history not showing
My usage history is not showing before Jan 2023. The history was showing for 2022. How can I access it?

From my SMARTY dashboard, I can only see the most recent 12-months of usage history. Looks like that's the online limit.
Perhaps a SMARTY web chat agent can assist with historical usage information, which is no longer available online via the dashboard.
MeB_1499999 I can also only see a year of data. I suggest that you have a web chat with Support Team to see if they can assist.
