When I went to set up phone for roaming  The APN was already set to MOB.ASM.NET  do some phone set up automatically when you insert the sim

Hello I have changed the APN on my iPhone 13 but roaming isn’t working. What can I do to fix this?I’m in Spain if that matters. Thank you

I’m currently in the Channel Islands and can’t get my phone to work. I’ve bought a data add on and also tried switching the APN to mob.asm.net but still no luck…any advice appreciated

I will be touring France for the next 10 weeks and I know that my existing contract entitles me to 12GB of data but is there an add on where I can buy more international roaming data? I am not interested in calls or txt.

EU roaming

Just joined Smarty. Went to set up roaming, got to step 5 then no idea what step 5 means but step 7 says to change APN. My APN already is mob.asm.net Not sure how that happens but does that mean I'm set up for EUroaming?

I have changed the settings in network for roaming but when I arrive in Spain  my phone foesn’t switch immediately to a local network.  Why is this?

Hi, I'm new to smarty, and I'm trying to set up my android to work abroad(Spain). The info is that I must change my access point name to mob.asm.net or my phone will not work. But my apn is already set as mob.asm.net, is this OK?.

I bought a Smarty SIM for a trip to Europe, but am now travelling to Trinidad and Tobago. Is Smarty compatible there, assuming I would have to pay for some kind of upgrade to my plan?
