Wi Fi Calling no longer works as of 5th June 2025

Here is the solution for the issue no wiFi calling as of 11th June 2025
IOS only, same idea would apply to Android phones. (android users please add) I went to settings / general/about- then your prompt to update "Network Provider Settings Update" proceed to update. Once done turn off phone restart. Job done.
JohnDol_2376463 The phone will use mobile calling in preference where there is any signal. Have you confirmed that there is no signal available when you make the calls?

JohnDol_2376463 You say there is absolutely zero mobile signal at home, the wifi calling is turned on and yet you cannot make calls?
Try a web chat with Smarty Support in that case I think.
