WiFi calling not working

Cannot get WiFi calling to work on iPhone 15. Its never worked, software is up to date etc. Can anyone help please.

@JohnDol_2376463 The phone will use mobile calling in preference where there is any signal. Have you confirmed that there is no signal available when you make the calls?

@JohnDol_2376463 You say there is absolutely zero mobile signal at home, the wifi calling is turned on and yet you cannot make calls?

Try a web chat with Smarty Support in that case I think.
