Ported in the iPhone but cant edit 'my number'

I just had my number port into the Smarty SIM and it all looks ok. If I call out it shows the correct number.

However, Facetime and imessage still show the original Smarty number that was replaced. If I go to settings/phone/my number and edit it to be my main number it doesn't save and remains with the old Smarty number.

I have disabled message and face time and rebooted and it still doesn't seem to change.

Is there something else I can try?

Tried everything. Network reset hasn't worked🤔

@LynneGr_2518963 Did you also try logging out of FaceTime and iMessage, waiting a while and then logging in again? Does the phone show your correct number anywhere? (Does your ported in number also show on your dashboard?)

In the end i had to do a network reset which sorted it straight away.

There's an online SMARTY help and support article that recommends a NETWORK RESET as the cure for this issue.

The procedure for doing this is usually explained in the iOS user guide.
