I was on a promotion contract of 40 to 60 GB and there was and upgrade from 40 to 80 GB so I signed up for it but it is still showing that I am on the 60 GB promotion what should I do?

I signed up over a month ago and have done it twice but still has not changed.

You should have the option to select the Black Friday 80GB plan on the SMARTY app. Once selected, the plan will change at your next renewal date.

Hi jodie, thanks for the reply, I have upgraded it twice to 80GB and I bet a message telling me I have read the auto renew and no upgrade. I have contacted smarty webchat and it failed.
