I paid the £7, then upgraded to £8, will I get the £7 refunded?

@JamesMa_2334539 You cannot normally upgrade during a plan. Any change of plan is usually applied when your next Smarty plan is due. You should be able to see this on your Account Dashboard when you log in.

Well £7 came out as Payment was required, then £8 came out as I upgraded. So I’ve paid twice

@JamesMa_2334539 Firstly, take a look at your Account Dashboard to see what shows there. If all is not correct, you will need to web chat with Smarty Support to ask them to either refund or else use the money as credit towards your next plan.
