Hi, Hope everyone's well
I have been unable to return to the UK for the last couple months because of family issues. This led to me not realisng that my account was close to being closed I saw the email that it was closed and tried to renew it by purchasing a new plan but this just created a new account and new number.
Now i understand that i may not be able to re activate the account but is there a way i can get that number assigned to my new account. I've had it for a while and it is very important to me
