Hi
Had auto renew setup but recently changed to a free upgrade. Two other smarty users said same happened to them.
Said remain on same deal, got to bank verification and to go to bank app, login and approve which I tried three time mes.
Then bank app said, close the app, go back to smarty. Clicked submit and it then said something not working.
When I go into account then payment settings it doesn't show card but repeats the above.
How do I resolve? Do I need to pay for this month then setup auto renew?
