I paused my account a few months ago. I thought it was for 6 months. But I was billed today?

@NadiaMow_736158 First thing to do is check your Account Dashboard to see if it is set to auto-renew. If it is not, then you need to web chat with Smarty Support.
When you turn off auto-renew, it is not for a set period as far as I know, so not sure where the 6 months comes from. If you do not use the sim for 180days you receive a 40day warning email and then the sim is deactivated - is that perhaps what you mean?
Definitely only the one account though?
