Plan paused asking for double money

I paid for my plan which activated. Then they paused my plan straight after starting it saying as auto renew isn’t set up that I have to pay again and they just taking the money for the auto renew. On speaking to the insecure chat and logged into my account they started asking so many personal and bank detail clearly the person on chat is a crook

@AWolf How exactly is the chat 'insecure'? It's running over HTTPS.

Assuming you did actually open the Smarty chat (as opposed to you having mistakenly opened a chat window on another website), they will be asking for personal details to confirm that you are the account holder. Otherwise, anyone could go on the chat, pretend to be you, and get them to make changes to your account.
