Hi @JunNish_3415028 the plans are monthly rolling so when you come to the end of a current billing cycle you come to the end of that contract meaning if you don't renew, you won't be able to make any outgoing calls or texts or use data. You will still be able to receive incoming calls and texts though.
If you choose to renew then services will resume as normal once the payment is made and if you have auto-renew enabled, the payment will be taken before services are paused so you shouldn't experience a drop in the service.

If your plan ends and you do not buy another then calls, texts and data cease at that point.

Are you referring to
'You can always pause your plan by turning off auto-renewing payments'
I would expect it to pause at the end of your current plan
