Anyone know how promotional data works when roaming, I got a uswitch plan 40GB for £70 but seen stuff that only the data before promotional can work EU roaming 12GB
If you can login there should be an option to say close account or cancel , I did this and it said your account closed and got refunded the £12 https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard/terminate
When the plan resets. The sim essentially goes dead till you pay again, three payg works and can still receive sms when sim not in phone and voicemail works, neither of those do with Smarty
What phone is it. Three don’t have a 2g network so the sims essentially useless in the phone, EE and O2 might be your only option since Vodafone merged they might not have 2g support now
