After transfered to Smarty, I could call, surface internet, but could not receive text message. Smarty CS staff (Aakash) helps me to solve it in following steps:
Option 1: Install Google Messages Go to the Google Play Store. Search for Google Messages and install it. Open the app and set it as your default SMS app. Tap your profile icon > Messages settings > Chat features. Turn Chat features off if they are enabled.
Option 2: Use Samsung Messages but Disable RCS via Google Account (if previously enabled) If you had RCS enabled on another phone or app, you can deregister it here: Enter your phone number and verify via SMS.
I used option1 and solve the problem.
He is really helpful and know the technical matter.
