This afternoon, I find myself unable to make calls on my SMARTY deal. I ended up resorting to Skype, which isn't ideal. My partner is in exactly the same predicament.
The SMARTY website suggests no problems in our area.
Any ideas, folks?

Same problem here and my Internet connection keeps coming and going...

After I posted, I saw a couple of posts with responses saying the network is down.
Hopefully, it'll be back up soon.
