Number trasferred but I cannot receive calls

My number has been transferrde but I cannot receive calls. Whne my husband tried to call me his phone said "number not valid" and the problem  has not gone  away

Also on the smarty app it says unlimited phone calls 4 minutes.  I purchased unlimited calls and  texts. 

The webchat does not allow me to speak to a human or indeed to a bot. There is no way to send a message.  I have tried to rais a complaint but that too is not possible.

@SusanKa_3437685 Does the transferred in number show in your account dashboard on the website? (App is not as reliable in my opinion). If it has and the phone has had a network reset, then you do need Smarty Support to investigate.

Unlimited phone calls - the app is telling you what you have used for information. All Smarty voice plans have unlimited cables and texts anyway.

Web chat normally allows you to send the message to a human if the chatbot cannot sort it.
