I've got data on my phone, but for some reason I can't get an internet connection to my laptop through tethering today. I'd think that this is a separate issue, but could it be related after all?

Hi Anton, it could be related as data sessions have dropped for some customers. We will update as soon as we have an ETA for this issue to be fixed. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Tethering also broken for me, though data has been restored and works fine on phone .

I've had no data, and patchy voice signal since 3:20pm in RH19 4JU along the M25 to Maidstone ME15.
Is there an estimated time to resolve the issues?

Couldn't purchase my train ticket online or via Google pay. Had to walk back to work to get WiFi to buy a ticket. Honestly so inconvenient and additional expense

They aren't all available. My wife cannot make or receive calls, texts and data wldo work. Says "Mobile network not available for voice calls"
My phone worked fine for everything throughout

Still saying Mobile network is unavailable on every phone in place the SIM card into after only signing up and working for 3 days on my wife's phone in the BB18 area.

Still having intermittent issues here, and I cannot access my voicemail on 4g. I've tried chatting on the Smarty App but it just crashes instead. The Three network says it is still having issues today.

I lost all Smarty connectivity yesterday in Lincoln at about 4:30pm. Traveled to Aylesbury 150miles and network came back at 8pm. Today at about 12:30pm lost complete network connection, came back after 1 hour but no data (in Aylesbury).
