My phone is going straight yo voicemail and not alowing me to call people.
My phone is going straight yo voicemail and not letting me make calls whats going in here it says that everything is fine in my area in terms of signal, this has been going on for a week now.

Three (Smarty's parent network) has now switched off 3G across most of the country, so it sounds like your phone either isn't compatible with Smarty's 4G calling, or you don't have 4G calling enabled in your settings. See this page.
