From @YulianK of the moderator team :
If you have voicemail set up but now want it deactivated, get in touch with us via web chat so that we can arrange for this to happen.
Our team on web chat are available from 8am-8pm 7 days a week. Just look for the green chat icon on our main website - https://smarty.co.uk/
Please note that turning off your voicemail can take up to 48 hours to complete. If you're using your SIM outside the UK and you've requested that we switch off your voicemail, please be aware that it may remain active while you're overseas.
If you want to re-activate your voicemail again after our team has deactivated it, simply follow the set-up steps again:
Dial 123 from your SMARTY SIM
Choose a PIN
Select # and confirm.
Record your name

@SakinaRajabali1, you are posting to the Smarty users forum and we are customers, just like you. As food as we can be, we are unable to access your private account details, just make suggestions.
With deactivating voicemail, you would need to contact a Smarty Agent, who is employed to help with things such as this.
