I’m currently in Italy. I’ve changed all my settings to what it says in the website. Added a screenshot for reference. I’ve brought an EU add on (which says works if I have over 12gb of data on my normal plan. And I have 60gb). I also have my roaming on. Is there anyway to get the data to work?

The mobile data ASN should be mob.asm.net not mon.asm.net

Mine is correctly set (am in Greece) and it is not working at all. Have paid extra for the data and it hasn’t worked once in a week. V fed up.

As @WelshPaul says, plus the APN should say three.co.uk

Are you saying that the APN quoted in 'Help' is inorrect?

The APN needs to be be set to ‘mob.asm.net’
Once you have changed the APN to that, you can leave it, as your phone will work fine with that APN here in the UK.

@Pedro_1699902 Apologies for any confusion.
I am lead to believe that does work, but the best APN setting is mob.asm.net
(I think that there are people whose phones default to the other setting - I don't know why)
