@Nattine_1132772 There is no such number. Smarty keeps costs low by being an online-only service.
You can start a web chat with Smarty support if you need their assistance.

@Nattine_1132772 There is no such number. Contact is via web chat or email and this is done to keep costs down.
Very often, you can get help here or via the help pages on smarty website, unless it is a direct account query when only smarty staff can access the accounts.

Unfortunately if one has no Internet service because Three has "issues" then online webchat is unavailable as an option.

@Brendan_1816421 With the greatest respect, if you can post here then you can enter web chat with Smarty from the website.

Perhaps I should have mentioned that it has taken 3 days for me to post a response because I had no signal. Even now I have only 2 bars showing wavering to 1. Smarty webchat keeps cutting out before I can get to chat with the operator. Three is texting me because my phone is so poor and calls are frequently not connecting. It's very unfortunate that SMARTY also uses Three so I'm suffering a double whammy as it were. I expect some kind of response/ explanation from SMARTY. Just because Three has texted an apology doesn't remove the responsibility.

@Brendan_1816421 How would Smarty know that you are not getting service (other than when you tell them)? They will not know exactly which mast you are connecting to as you could be travelling between different masts e.g. home to work.
I presume that Three are responding to a recorded complaint, but you have not been able to lodge the with Smarty as yet. May I suggest an email instead of web chat if it won't work? team@support.smarty.co.uk

With the greatest respect SMARTY ought to know that it's Web provider THREE has been experiencing loss of service, not just where I live but nation-wide. THREE has a shop which is where I lodged a complaint and a dedicated help number [333] which worked long enough for me to report it. I shall try to send an email. Thank you for the suggestion.

@Brendan_1816421 Smarty posted here about the national outage last week.
I can see that you prefer the way that Three do things. The problem is that their service is more expensive - after all, someone has to pay for the shop where you reported the problem.
Smarty offers a no-frills service and it is only good if it suits your needs. If it were perfect, then I'm sure they would have a lot more than their million customers .

@Brendan_1816421 Three had a nationwide calling issue, yes. There was no nationwide data issue.
