Im beyond frustrated with Smarty. needed an extra sim , not arrived so should be easy to order a new one, yes.....NO. Click my sim has not arrived (my extra sim) \ click request a replacement sim\ click got it, request a new sim\ ..........THEN are you sure ? (comes up) once you confirm this service you service on this sim will be suspended ???......the number given is my original sim NOT my new extra sim so can progress and have to go back
Messaging service is TOTALLY hopeless

@NeilJen_1360248 When you order a replacement sim, this is because your current sim is lost, stole or broken. For that reason, your account is suspended as a security measure until you activate the replacement.
If you ordered an extra sim, then it all relies on Royal (it isn't any longer) Snail (which is faster) Mail.
If you need an extra sim urgently, although not ideal, you can probably buy one cheaply in many local stores and supermarkets. (If it's of any help, I see that amazon offer them too for 30p)
Not sure that Smarty can do much more than send it in good faith.
