Problems upgrading plans?

Hello all, on 10th March I upgraded my plan from 6 gb (5 gb with 1 gb bonus) to the 12 gb plan as it cost the same.  I did the same for my eldest child as they are on my plan.

The change should have come into effect yesterday 7th April but according to the SMARTY app I am still on the 6 gb plan.

How can I get the extra data?

@Leonard_2705678 You need to web chat with Smarty Support to check what you should have. Depends where you saw the offer and how you lined it up for your next monthly plan.

I saw the offer on my SMARTY app and got it there and then.  The confirmation email told me it would be active on my next monthly incrememnt.  This did not happen.

@Leonard_2705678 Fair enough! So....back to first sentence of my previous post as best way forward.
