Problems upgrading plans?
Hello all, on 10th March I upgraded my plan from 6 gb (5 gb with 1 gb bonus) to the 12 gb plan as it cost the same. I did the same for my eldest child as they are on my plan. The change should have come into effect yesterday 7th April but according to the SMARTY app I am still on the 6 gb plan. Hello all, I have just upgraded my account from the 6gb a month deal to the 12gb deal. While the account is in my name I also have my eldest as part of the group and was wondering if they would also be on the new plan or would they remain on the existing one?
