I’ve been having ongoing problems with my mobile data this month and I’m really starting to get fed up.

I’ve spent a lot of money recently on plans and top-ups, but the service is all over the place. Most of the time, it’s incredibly slow — web pages barely load, streaming constantly buffers, and downloads crawl. The only time it seems to work properly is during anti-social hours, like late at night or early in the morning. Even then, it’s only sporadically fast, and then it drops off again.

It honestly feels like there’s some kind of speed cap or shaping going on. I’ve done several tests and I’ve got clear proof that something’s affecting the connection, across multiple devices and different times and places.

I’m also a vulnerable customer, and this is my only internet access. This isn’t just annoying — it’s making it really hard to manage day-to-day life.

Please:

Check if anything’s restricting my speed or if there’s traffic management involved

Be up front about what’s happening

Help me get this properly sorted, or tell me who can

I’d like to stay with SMARTY, but right now I feel like I’m paying for a service that only half works, and only when most people are asleep.

You need to web chat with Support or raise a Complaint in order to get through directly.
