Iโm having problems receiving calls. My son has rang me a few times, and he says on his end itโs ringing and ringing but my phone does not ring and thereโs no record of any missed calls on my phone. Iโm really concerned as Iโm waiting to go in to hospital for surgery and iโm worried Iโm going to miss important calls. I've checked all settings that Smarty bot advises to check, but everything is fine
Outgoing calls seem ok.

@Stephen_2648722 Just wondering if he is actually dialling your number or using it from his contacts.
I suggest dialling the number, perhaps after removing you from his contacts and then put you back in afterwards - your number may be corrupted in his phone.
The other thing to consider is whether it is just your son or others as well. If it is others as well, you will need a web chat with Smarty Support to check your account carefully.

That's a good idea, I'll get in touch with Smarty about it

Hi, Yes the volume is up and the mute button is not enabled. Its not only my son's phone is the problem it's my wife's as well. This morning she rang me, it shows her phone is ringing but there's nothing happening on my phone. My son is with EE and my wife is with Smarty and she gets issues somethings with her iPhone 14

@Stephen_2648722 So, the problem occurs when someone rings from EE or Smarty.
I wonder if you should ask for a replacement sim to rule out any issues there. https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/1215834-what-to-do-if-your-sim-card-gets-lost-or-stolen
