If you have tried to reset network settings and this has not resolved the issue then I would recommend visiting your settings and check that your ported number has been updated on the 'Phone' part of your settings.
This step is commonly missed and is an easy fix for the issue you are facing.

@GaryRit_3024632 This depends upon what phone you have.
For iPhone, you have a Settings icon that looks like a watch flywheel cog. For android phones, I think it looks more like a standard cogwheel icon. Whichever, they should be labelled as 'Settings' from your Home page.

got same issue can’t change the number in phone as just goes back to temp. one i messages won’t work on my ported number but calls do
