When you purchase a plan with us, it would display as a plan rather than a credit. On the landing page of your app, you should be able to see how much data you have left .

I got sim out a shop not ordered the app just keep saying to check back. Is there a number I can txt or phone

If you purchased your SMARTY SIM card from a retailer, they should be able to help you with any queries about your purchase.

You can email or have a web chat with Support Team, but you cannot text or call.
