I did not sign up for auto renewal, yet you auto renewed my plan anyway. I was not planning to use the sim this month and now Ive gone and wasted 9 pounds. If you did go and auto renew my plan without specifying when I got the sim, the least I would expect is for you to let me know a day or 2 before that my plan is renewing, so that I can take action. Just to say that its renewed and the payment went through, this is highly unprofessional and Im severely disappointed. I am a new customer and feel Ive been wronged. I have now turned off auto renew but its too late for this month. Im requesting you to please refund me this months money if you want me to continue with smarty. Awaiting your helpful response.
