After being with Smarty for many years, I saw a great opportunity to take advantage of setting up a family group and added my two lads.
I have closed my account now and cannot manage my two lads accounts.
I need help as I want to upgrade their accounts as they need more data but cannot login to my account to manage them and cannot locate the login details for their accounts 😞

@OliverBu_769463 If you were the group owner and closed the4 relevant account, the members may not have access to their accounts, particularly if they are youngsters.
https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/collections/2645150-managing-your-group is the relevant place to read up on this. However, I suspect that you will need to contact Smarty Support via web chat to sort this one for you now.
