Nokia C12, VoLTE compatibility
I have a Nokia C12, I have checked all the options for VoLTE compatibility on the Smarty website and it states it is compatible. But it doesn't seem to be. Smarty "customer support" say it isn't. Where do I get a definitive answer?

It seems that a number of phones are not compatible with the Smarty protocol for VoLTE.
So the issue is with Smarty, not the phone?
