It would be nice if loyal customers got the same offers as new customers. I saw the latest 32GB for £7 but not available to me as a loyal customer who's been with Smarty for several years.

It would be great to introduce some kind of roaming data pass for non-EU roaming as add-ons. For example a pass that lasts 24 hours, one that lasts 5 days etc. These passes would include unlimited data while roaming. Or possibly a certain amount of data (eg 50GB, 100GB, etc)? Obviously these wouldn't be super cheap, but they'd be better than potentially spending a huge sum via the "out of plan" add-on or account balance. It's puts a cap in place to make it more manageable and easier to plan. With my previous network they had a 24 hour unlimited data pass for roaming which was £5 per day which I thought was reasonable and didn't mean having to bother with getting a roaming eSim set up. When roaming, generally data is the most important as messages and calls can be made over apps that use the internet if required. And if standard calls and texts are needed, these can come out of the existing "out of plan" add-on. So a roaming data pass would be ideal.

How about offering additional Connectivity Plans that allow us to share our SMARTY airtime and data allowances with our smartwatch or eSIM-enabled tablets?

A72 hour window to get access to an Expert when you have an URGENT security issue is ridiculous. You should have a system whereby hacking and/fraud can be reported speedily.

Here they're offering unlimited data for 16 pounds: https://smarty.co.uk/plans/unlimited?vc=15Mth16UnlJun24Aff But as soon as I click it, it goes to my account and it tells me I have to pay 20? I think this is because I'm already a Smarty customer, and it looks like this offer is for non-customers then. Why can't I have the discount? It makes no sense treating customers worse than non-customers.

Having moved over multiple family members and myself, who all have Airtime Reward accounts, it's disappointing not to be able to use our credit towards our bills with SMARTY. Please sign SMARTY up.

Just been with Smarty for 1 month from Voxi. Though I can't complain about the 5G coverage. I'm surprised I am unable to reply to a short code from my GP nor do I get visual voicemail. It's 2024 hardly new technology. I feel I will need to go back to Voxi once my contact nesrly is up which is a shame as I like the network coverage, but if I cannot submit readings to my GP (which I could do with VOXI) then its not a safe network for me.

All other major networks and some MVNO's have visual voicemail. For the iphone base, it's very easy as it's a one size fits all sort of thing. After being with Vodafone for 2 years, the idea of going back to a standard voicemail seems so so silly. Being able to label, listen and share voice messages is a must have!

Many apps are now supporting Androids new feature that was introduced in Android 13 called Themed Icons. This is part of Androids 'Material You' and when turned on in the system settings allows the supported app icon (adaptive icon) to match the colour of the currently displayed wallpaper. Most of the apps on my phone have already implemented themed icons and look great. I'm hoping this is something Smarty could easily implement as it's just a vector graphic with a few specific monochrome layers and as the Smarty logo is designed with just 2 spot colours it already lends itself to being used as a themed icon.

Many service providers offer the ability to replace your sim the same exact day if you have an unactivated sim laying around in case you happened to lose your sim or phone. The Smarty article on losing a sim mentions that you have to order a replacement if you lose a sim, meaning you will not have access to your sim, phone number, data, calls, and texts for several days until the replacement arrives. I don't think I need to explain why, but losing access to your primary sim card nowadays for several days is absolutely unacceptable as many people rely on numbers for 2FA, being contacted, mobile data, etc, and losing access for several days would grind any productivity to a halt, and being a person that cannot lose access to my primary sim for not even a single day, I am questioning whether to stay with Smarty as there is simply no good redundancy procedure if I were to lose my sim or phone. I would like this to be changed and would hope Smarty allows for customers to have backup inactive sims on hand, and be able to move your lost sim to one of the backup sims same-day via an online service.

Is there a way of skipping forward and back whilst listening to voicemail messages? On EE you can press 7 to skip back 5 seconds or 7 to skip forward. I tried various key presses when listening, nothing happens.

I was with EE, when I received a voicemail, I would receive a text with the callers number. The text would show the name of the caller if they were in my contact list. Smarty just send a text with Smarty's voicemail number. Please could Smarty change the notification text to show the callers number. I know the voicemail headers include the number but this does not really help me identify the caller (or tap #).

The free European roaming is a great deal for frequent travellers. In order to give these customers more value for money SMARTY could have a tie in with the Avios scheme. Three already offers Avios point for new contacts signed but as SMARTY is contract free maybe Avios could be given out per pound spent on a sim plan. This would really help capture the frequent traveler segment.

Greetings, I have spotted a Three phase8 monopole site outside Westcott innovation centre (near Aylesbury) with the paint pealing off. This got me thinking, maybe we could get some of the three poles painted in interest colours/styles related to the local community. Or simply a way to report this to Three so it can get a repaint, maybe is Green to match the trees or Blue to match the sky.
