Congestion on network in TW
Good Evening, Been battling a network issue with Smarty, looks very much like congestion to me as it gets worse in the peak and the downstream is more affected. Anyway, they've told me they'll raise this with a senior team and gave me a ticket number. Has anyone had any experience with this and could tell me what actually happens??? All other major networks and some MVNO's have visual voicemail. For the iphone base, it's very easy as it's a one size fits all sort of thing. After being with Vodafone for 2 years, the idea of going back to a standard voicemail seems so so silly. Being able to label, listen and share voice messages is a must have!13KViews13likes15Comments
