Two Days I've been with Smarty, ready to leave. Apparently you need a Volte compatible device. Maybe the website should reflect this.

Sounds like you might be in the Midlands area, where SMARTY Mobile have just switched-off their 3G mobile network, @GlynAll_2688290.
O2 might be a better choice - they've got a 2G network, and haven't announced plans to switch-off their 3G network (yet).

are you just unable to make calls or have smarty completely blocked your device from connecting to the network
