I submitted my card details which smarty has taken 3 transactions of £1 each to verify I'm 18 but it still hasn't updated in my account that I'm 18 so what do I do

Hi ChrisPop94 if it hasn't worked after submitting your card details this is because you haven't used a credit card. The transactions themselves are all voided so you don't need to worry about money being taken--it won't leave your bank account.
If you don't have a credit card then please reach out to our customer care team and they will enable adult content for you https://smarty.co.uk/contact

ChrisPop94 If you look at the top of this Forum page (Chats & Hacks) there are some suggested articles - the first one covers Adult content and may help you. If not, then you need to web chat with Support Team as suggested by JJP2RidesAgain .
By the way, are you managing to get mobile data now so that you can post here?

I'm waiting for them to reply to me and I was always getting data I just wasn't happy and still I'm not happy about the speeds I'm getting despite it being advertised I would be getting up to 70mbps and I've done multiple speed tests and not even got above 7mbps per second . I changed from gifgaff and had no issues

ChrisPop94 If you take a look here: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/5744896-mobile-and-broadband-estimated-maximum-speeds you will see that 70mbps is the ESTIMATED MAX and is not guaranteed. The speed depends upon many factors. It may be that GG were better for you where you are s they run on different network.
